Feedback reports make Genpact givers happy

GiveIndia recently wrote to Payroll Givers at one of our participating companies Genpact. We contacted employees who had already made a donation and received a feedback report to ask them how they felt when they learned they had changed someone's life.

Here are just a few of the responses we got:

Sidharth Kapil said:
Being a part of the Payroll Giving program is a great feeling.  By this donating money is really easy. The response of GiveIndia towards the donor gives one an impression of working with a well managed organization. The initiative of GiveIndia for sharing the information about the person to whom the money is donated gives surety to the donor that the money is being utilized for a good cause. As GiveIndia is aiding the nascent NGO's, GiveIndia is promoting an atmosphere of caring in society and motivating them to progress further.

Sidharth
sponsored a poor elderly woman for a month.

Bharati Dey said:“It was indeed great to receive the feedback reports. When one donates I know the common question which occurs in mind, where and how the funds would be utilized. These reports give us a very clear picture of the insights and also an oppurtunity to share this with our colleagues who have not started donating yet.”

Bharti has donated to several projects including
educating an illiterate woman, and sponsoring a day's meal for 10 disabled children.

K Rajith said:
It was great.  I was thrilled with the note that I am making a difference in
someone's life, someone whom I have not yet met. I am overwhelmed with the thought that such small contributions from my end can make a big difference to the needy individuals out there. I would be looking to expand from what I am doing right now, to what else I could do in the future.

Rajith has donated to the Corpus Fund of Sevalaya, as well as
sponsored a clinical assessment of one deaf-blind child.

Gaurav Neb said:
“My experience is simple but powerful. It gives me satisfaction to look at my pay slip and realize that I've added a drop to the ocean. Money comes and money leaves. Satisfaction is all that
matters.”

Gaurav has donated to provide medical help to a victim of violence, and sponsoring training for a deaf-blind child.
